These Immersion Heater are mainly used for Oil/Water Tank.

For long functional life high temperature resistant NiCr alloy heating wire is swaged in Soft SS304 tube. The insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). Threaded terminal screw are used for cold junction sealing is done by Silicon oil to prevent the heater from moisture.
These are then formed to shapes as required fit in the hot runner manifold which transfers heat faster to the hot runner mould.

For Enquiry of manifold tubular heaters, it is necessary to provide wattage, voltage, Length and OD of heater and a sketch showing all centre distances.
