About Manifold Heater
Since 2007, we are serving our clients with the excellent quality Manifold Heaters. From the past so many years we have being continuously growing our hands in the particular sector by offering durable and reliable machines to our valuable customers, excellent quality raw material is used in manufacturing. These Manifold Heater are mainly used for Hot Runner manifolds, they are then formed to shapes as required to fit in the hot runner manifold which transfer heat faster to the hot runner mould. We offer excellence instead of the business.
Manifold Heater
These Manifold Heater are mainly used for Hot Runner manifolds. For long functional life high temperature resistant NiCr alloy heating wire is swaged in soft SS tube. The insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). Threaded terminal screws are used for the cold junction sealing is done by Silicon oil to prevent the heater from moisture. These are then formed to shapes as required fit in the hot runner manifold which transfer heat faster to the hot runner mould. For Enquiry of manifold tubular heaters, it is necessary to provide wattage, voltage, Length and OD of heater and a sketch showing all centre distances, bending radius Features - Size- Dia 8mm,10mm, 11mm,12mm,12.5mm,14mm,16mm,18mm
- Ni Cr alloy Heating element
